Responsibilities :
- Proficiently identify issues and collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams across the organization, executing activities related to problem resolution or development.

- Proactively seek opportunities for improvement in monitoring mechanisms, application stability, and the efficiency of root cause determination processes.
- Leverage advanced query and programming skills for troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution, ensuring a robust technical approach to problem-solving.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses, contributing to a deeper understanding of issues and enabling effective, long-term solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-2 years of experience in Application Support or SQL Server, with proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Strong expertise in optimizing and writing SQL Queries, including stored procedures.
- Bonus points for knowledge or experience with SAP S4Hana.
- Experience in supporting internal apps and providing application support.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to contribute as an individual while supporting users on technical issues and data problems.
- Emphasizes teamwork and inclusiveness, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to providing technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical individuals.
