Responsibilities of Candidate:-
- Global Support Expertise:
- Be flexible and available to provide support across different time zones for a global team, covering APAC, EMEA & NAM regions.
- Application Development and Maintenance:
- Develop and maintain applications/EUC using VBA, Excel, MS-Access, MS-Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and maintaining complex SQL queries.
- Transform data using Xceptor and own the entire life cycle of development projects.
- Documentation and Module Creation:
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
- Create complex modules, showcasing strong knowledge of GPU Operations / BAU concepts.
- Application Support and Bug Fixing:
- Participate in application releases, from development to testing and deployment into production.
- Provide technical support for application/EUC users, including bug fixing within tight SLAs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Leadership:
- Act as an SME to senior stakeholders and team members.
- Work closely with ops team to understand development and change requirements.
- People and Resource Management:
- Manage a team with multiple sub-processes, overseeing people development, attrition, and training programs.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Project Management:
- Manage projects and initiatives, ensuring organizational goals are met.
- Communication and Risk Management:
- Maintain efficient communication channels with team members, managers, and internal/external clients.
- Identify and manage risk and control breakdowns, ensuring adherence to audit policies and procedures.
- Shift Flexibility:
- Work in various shifts to support APAC, EMEA, and NAM operations, contributing to a seamless global operational workflow.
Skills:
- Proficient in VBA, Excel, and MS-Access, showcasing strong knowledge in these tools.
- Understanding of Activex Data Objects and class models, highlighting a comprehensive skill set.
- Broad comprehension of XML, Java Script, Microsoft VB dotnet, ASP.net, and C#.
- Solid expertise in database/SQL, emphasizing a robust foundation in data management.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and the ability to foster partnerships with operational associates.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adept multitasking abilities.
